What are the impacts that essentially have on your health in your life?

-In my opinion, there are a lot of factors that affect the balance of our health in a modern society, three of them that probbaly play a major part in keeping fit are diet, excercise, and individual  satisfaction. Therefore, let's get together to take a closer look at the effects of these factors on our health.
-First of all, it is said that diet plays a vitally leading role in maintaining our health, and i absolutely agree with that idea. On account of the fact that whatever we eat totally can affect our beauty, routine  activities, and even our thoughts. Vegetables, for instance, can affect a lot to the stability of the process of our body's digestion  Accordingly, it is very important to have nutritious meals a day with full of needed ingredient
-Secondly, others, myself included, are of the opinion that doing excercise is the second most important factor which can affect the strenght and beauty of our body. Moreover, doing excercise can enable us to live longer and to have a well-built body. Doing excercise, on the other hand, can create additional chances to go out to countryside for jogging or sightseeing. In addition, if we regularly do excercise then this can help you relax and unwind a lot after a hard week. For some people, doing excercise is a excuse of socialzing and discussing the week.
-Thirdly, individual sactifaction is said to be a factor that can affect our health a lot in some specific cases. At a point in our life,when having trouble into something like,for example, out of work, sorrows in the family, far away from your close friends, this will lead you to think of it all time , and you can not get it out off your mind.  Perhaps, if you had problems solving some difficult  maters, you would tend to lose your weight or can not  sleep in the early evening.  On the contrary, when you gain private fulfillments in your life like, for example, passing the exam, geeting a new job and so on, it seems that you will have a healthier life.
-To conclude, as mentioned above, many factors can affect our health, however what i want to emphasize in this essay is that if we want to have a healthy life rather than in the past, so finding a proper diet regime, building a regular schedule of excercise, always smiling and satisfing with all your accomplishments and achievements

    It is said that many factors impacting our health nowadays, however from my point of view I think that three factors can play a virtual role on your health. There are eating habit, exercise and stress. Now we will together discuss and find out aspects of them more affecting our health.
    First of all, we must bear in mind that eating habit has a great position in maintaining and balancing our health including keeping fit, providing adequate amount of nutrient and so on. More ever eating variety of foods specially a lot of fruit and vegetables can lead to body-fit and relaxing in your mind when all your muscles served by nutritious food with full of energy. Whereas lack or redundancy of nutrient as well also lead to some health problem such as being too thin or over weight.
    The next issue I would like to focus on stress, this is a very common factor we must face every day in society life, nowadays , on the way of maintaining healthy life. It is easy to see that stress coming from your work or your life can make you look so serious, tired and maybe sometimes silly. For instance, you was facing a big problem with your work, your Boss need more products got out or you would fired, by the time, you would try so hard to improve your sale and actually in tired overwhelming situation. Thus getting off or reducing stress is one of the best way making your health specially your smooth better.
    In addition there is also remain a big factor impacting our health, exercise. It is no doubt saying that exercise reflects how active you are and how long you can live. We all know that doing exercise everyday can help us gain more opportunities to live longer and healthier. In fact, it can remove or deduce at least the accumulated toxins from your body, exercise also tones your muscles , strengthens your bones, and keeps your joints well. However lack of doing exercise can make your body and smooth ill, and maybe make your manner ill too.

    In conclusion, we will again show three great factors affecting almost our health, habit, exercise and stress. Please make sure that you chose the best way to maintain and improve your health after reading this writing.
