English Essay Writing: Format Suggestions--DO TIEN

Dear all members of our club !!!
Today, i am actually willing to give you some tips while writing an essay on specific topic, seeing that when we are working on certain topic without academic format rule, as a result you may not produce a really good essay. Acordingly, this will be helpful to writing deed, espeacially in the process of writing a wholly academic essay. If, however, you are not writing well , don't worry much about it. Following these suggestions BELOW as a integrated rule, enjoying writing essay under the pressure and making good progress in the future. Good luck!!!


Any English essay writing should follow the specific format. The essential elements of English essay writing include:
1. Introduction. Opening paragraph of the English essay should include a thesis statement presenting the key idea of your essay writing.
2. Body paragraphs. The main part of your English essay should include supporting evidence. The special attention should be paid to the coherence of writing. In particular, you should pay special attention to transitions between paragraphs and the relevance of ideas you include. No ideas should fall out of the topic.
3. Conclusion. The final part of the English essay should present a good summary of the main point and the restatement of thesis.

    Structure of an essay:
    1. Introduction: 3 sentences
    2. Body: 3-3-3 or 5-5 sentences
    *5-5: 2 paragraphs present 2 opposite ideas: Discuss topics
    1st paragraph: Topic sentence - Supporting sentence 1 – Developing sentence 1
    - Supporting sentence 2 – Developing Sentence 2
    2nd paragraph: Topic sentence - Supporting sentence 1 – Developing sentence 1
    - Supporting sentence 2 – Developing sentence 2
    * 3-3-3: 3 paragraphs present 3 ideas: Agree or disagree topics
    1st paragraph: Topic sentence 1 - Supporting sentence 1 – Developing sentence 1
    2nd paragraph: Topic sentence 2 - Supporting sentence 2 – Developing sentence 2
    3rd paragraph: Topic sentence 3 - Supporting sentence 3 – Developing sentence 3
    Note: 2 paragraphs agree and the rest disagree and conversely.
    3. Conclusion: 3 sentences.
    Note: Balance discussion: Even you totally agree with this argument, you had better show your ideas in both sides.
